i love you, still.

played with Warwick today.
shan't comment on my play cos i was kinda like benchwarming
(and you should get what i'm trying to say)
anw, clau did well today!
so pro can, even miss loo commended her :D

Pesta Sukan tomorrow!
gonna meet ply in the first match, haha.
kinda excited but at the same time hope i won't screw up that kinda thing.
sighs, i gotta work harder.

omg, ytd was..... hmm.. an interesting day?
whatever lah, just that dex and i saw the entire PE department at Bishan(!!),
(like why in the world would they be there?!)
and i shan't elaborate further cos it's not necessary. lol.
but just know that it was... a nerve-wrecking experience.

the explorer just asked me a really random question today
"leeyin, you seem to have 2 personalities.
when you're in your sch uni, you seem so lethargic and sleepy.
but when you're in your t-shirt, you seem so awake and alert."
i was like -.- cos i had no answer to that.
but anw, so what if i had 2 personalities.
well, it doesn't bother me. lol.

have been really tired these few days.
just slept through out maths today, literally.
didn't even take down any notes.
sighs, gotta start concentrating.

haha, it's finally over.
the performance, i mean.
today was a blast despite being really late,
or so i thought.
now that the performance is over, feel kinda sad that it's over.
yet at the same time happy cos it happened.
i'll miss the band, that's for sure.

the most imba of us all *laughs* has been great working with him
and honestly speaking, he's like one of the most talented guys i've ever met.
working with him has been a great exposure for me to learn alot of stuffs
and also how to control my temper, cos we're both very hot-tempered. lol.
he was really considerate too, cos i was like freaking out before the performance
and he just kept reassuring me, it really helped.

he may seem quiet but i've realised that once you get to know him, he's totally different underneath
that cool mask. though he's quiet, but when he talks, usually it's something that's constructive.
usually the peacemaker, lol, but it has been wonderful knowing him more through all the band pracs.

-dorothy
hah, what can i say. talented lady, and i totally enjoyed her drumming. she never fails to want to improve, making all the extra effort to improvise on her drumming throughout the entire course of practices. has been a really great friend, and funny as well. will miss her clashing the "cymbals" to make her point. lol.

fen shen! haha, he's been working hard for his acoustic guitar and hey, it turned out well. the smile and relief that was written all over his face was so evident that i nearly buckled over with laughter when the song ended.
but well done nonetheless.

leader of the band. must really commend her on her patience. everytime during practice, there will definitely be latecomers, and though she's really angry, she has never lost it. kept her cool and though she was worried, she still encouraged us.

-lilin & alex
haha. back-up singers, well done. and alex, he really tried his best cos he was like suffering from sore throat today.

-bryan
impressed with his bass. didn't know he could play and he definitely worked hard. could see him concentrating at my house the first practice and he kept chanting the chords to himself so he could remember them. good job.

-alvin
and well, the craziest of us all. haha, singer and guitarist. i still remember that actually we didn't have an electric guitarist but alvin was really fantastic. he actually went home to practice and guess what? we ended up performing with an electric guitarist. and i have to say that his guitar solo was great, all the effort that he's been putting in has really paid off. the times he practiced really hard just so he could slide correctly to the note. and also not buckling under pressure, congrats on winnin 3rd for solo cat.!

but i think above all, what i loved the most is the fact that i got to know
alot of people better after all the band practices.
though there were tiffs every now and then, but i enjoyed the experience.
really hope we'll still find time to go jamming together next time.
shall post the picture once i get them from dor, lol.
