*beep*
The girl looked at her phone.
1 new message.
It's from him.
"Why do you look so sian-ed?"
The girl looked at the msg, thinking of what to reply.
"Just go away, I don't need you to care" she replied.
She was feeling so vexed at mixed up, on the verge of tears.
She thought the boy would ask why she would say that, because that is so unlike her.
But instead, the boy replied "Fine...... Fine!"
The girl was really upset, as she typed, tears rolled down her cheek.
Buses passed by the bus stop, but she just stood there, crying.
She didn't care who was looking because it didn't matter anymore.
"Fine, go to your friends then",that was her response
But the boy never replied.
He didn't know.

The emotional turmoil, those nights that she was so troubled.
All those times she felt like crying but tried to be strong
Whenever she text him, he jus replies with a ok or just something neutral.
But he doesn't even try to continue the conversation.

Then that night.
She was apologised for saying that but he just brushed it off.
She was hurt.
But he didn't care, at least he seemed not to.
"You don't care anymore" she messaged him.
*beep*
"It seems that it is you that don't care" was his reply, "You don't even want to listen to what I've got to say"
She was astounded.
Whenever she messaged him, he was the one who didn't say anything.
He doesn't tell her anything anymore so how would she know that anything is going on?
She was extremely affected by what he said.

"So do you still want to talk on the phone?" she asked.
"I'm kinda tired"
"So I guess I won't call you since you don't want to talk"
"Ok..."
"I wanted to call you. But you don't seem to want to talk."
"Says who?!" was his reply
?!?!
What was she to do?
He was the one who didn't want to talk and given the fact that he has been giving her the cold shoulder all afternoon, it gave her the sign that he didn't want to talk.
And now he's saying the it is fault.

The next day.
She saw him and tried to strike a conversation.
But he didn't seem to want to talk.
She laid off. She was too tired to try anymore.

She remembered her friend telling her this
"No guys are worth your tears. The one that is will never make you cry."
As she teared silently, she could only wonder whether that is true.

It's never too late to apologise
There's no turning back now.
