a point in life when you find out that your best buddies, or so you thought, actually have a hell lot of things they'd wanna tell you. they tell you that everything about you is everything they can't wait to get rid of. and perhaps, even your own character overwhelms you, engulfs you and you suffocate. ironically, under the weight of your own personality.

drinking doesn't fix the problem, neither does partying till the wee hours of the morning. music that's way to loud, smoke that engulfs you everywhere you go, alcohol that floods your brain. temporary relief perhaps, but that's never good enough.

you know it doesn't help but you still do it anyway. just to get away from it for a while.

funny how humans behave sometimes huh.
